采用变压吸附技术进行了净化合成氨原料气中微量CO的工厂侧线试验 ,考察了复合吸附剂对工厂气源的适应性和吸附净化过程的稳定性 ,采用产品气的一部分作为再生气可节能降耗 ,出口CO浓度都低于 1 0mg/m3,并从工业应用技术和节能两方面说明了CO变压吸附净化过程用于合成氨工业的可行性 ,该净化过程的能耗仅为甲烷化法和铜洗法的 2 0 %左右 ,具有很好的应用前景 ,为其进一步的工业应用奠定了基础。
