目的比较胃抑肽受体(GIPR)与生长抑素受体2(SSTR2)在胃肠道神经内分泌瘤中的表达。方法收集60例胃肠道神经内分泌瘤患者手术切除肿瘤组织及癌旁正常组织标本,用q PCR方法检测以上组织中GIPR及SSTR2的表达水平;采用t检验和Wilcoxon秩和检验法进行统计学分析。首先比较GIPR与SSTR2在GINEN肿瘤组织的表达,然后对比GINEN肿瘤组织和正常组织中GIPR与SSTR2的表达,最后分析了NET与NEC患者肿瘤组织相对于正常组织中GIPR相对表达量。结果 60例GINEN肿瘤组织样本中GIPR与SSTR2的表达量对比,差异没有统计学意义(P=0.97)。60例GINEN肿瘤组织中GIPR和SSTR2的表达显著高于正常对照组织(P<0.01)。GINEN与正常组织中GIPR表达量的比值即GIPR相对表达量显著高于SSTR2相对表达量(P<0.01)。NET中GIPR相对表达量高于NEC相对表达量(P<0.01)。结论与SSTR2相比,GIPR可以作为一个更好的胃肠道神经内分泌瘤临床诊断新的参考标记物。
Objective To compare the expression of gastricinhibitin receptor (GIPR) and somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2) in gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors. Methods Sixty patients with gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors were collected for surgical resection of tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues. The expression of GIPR and SSTR2 was detected by q-PCR. The t-test and Wilcoxon rank-sum test were used for statistical analysis . The expression of GIPR and SSTR2 in GINEN tumor tissues was compared firstly, then the expression of GIPR and SSTR2 in GINEN tumor tissues and normal tissues was compared. Finally, the relative expression of GIPR in tumor tissues and normal tissues was compared between NET and NEC patients. Results The expression of GIPR and SSTR2 in 60 cases of GINEN tumor tissues was not significantly different (P = 0.97). The expression of GIPR and SSTR2 in 60 GINEN tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in normal control tissues (P <0.01). The ratio of GIPR expression in GINEN and normal tissues was significantly higher than that in SSTR2 (P <0.01). The relative expression level of GIPR in NET was higher than that of NEC (P <0.01). Conclusions Compared with SSTR2, GIPR can be used as a new reference marker for the clinical diagnosis of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors.
