应用抗猪囊尾蚴单克隆抗体致敏绵羊红细胞(SRBC),用反向间接血凝法检测猪囊尾蚴病人血清循环抗原(CAg),最低检测蛋白含量为0.06ug/ml。104例脑型合并皮肌型囊尾坳病人CAg阳性检出率为91.34%;16例单纯皮肌型囊尾蚴病人CAg阳性检出率为81.25%;32例吡喹酮治疗四个疗程囊尾蚴病人CAg阳性检出率为37.50%;23例吡喹酮治疗七个疗程囊尾蚴病人CAg阳性检出率为17.39%;15例绦虫病人CAg阳性检出率为40%;5O例健康人和41例其它寄生虫病感染者血清检测未出现任何交叉阳性反应。二年的临床观察证实本试剂反向IHA检测法在猪囊尾蚴病及综虫病诊断上具有较强特异性、高敏感度、试验稳定、简便等优点,并对疗效考核有较高的参考价值。
Cysticercus cellulosae monoclonal antibody was used to sensitize sheep erythrocytes (SRBC). Serum circulating antigen (CAg) was detected by reverse indirect hemagglutination assay. The minimum detectable protein content was 0.06ug / ml. The positive rate of CAg in 104 cases with brain muscular type endoskeleton was 91.34%. The positive rate of CAg in 16 cases with pure muscular cysticercus was 81.25%. In 32 cases treated with praziquantel, The positive detection rate of CAg in patients with Cysticercosis was 37.50%. The positive detection rate of CAg was 17.39% in 23 patients with cysticercosis treated with praziquantel. The positive detection rate of CAg was 15 in 15 cases %; 5O cases of healthy people and 41 cases of other parasitic infections did not detect any positive cross-positive sera. Two years of clinical observation confirmed that the reagent reverse IHA detection in the diagnosis of cysticercosis and trichomoniasis has strong specificity, high sensitivity, stable test, simple, etc., and the assessment of the efficacy of a higher reference value.
