针对出口箱随机入港分散堆放对码头装卸作业系统泊位分配、集卡路径与箱区选择的影响,分析了甲板箱与舱内箱的不同装卸特点。以船舶停靠泊位和进口箱堆放箱区为决策变量,以集卡行驶距离最短为目标函数,构建了离散泊位状况下泊位-集卡-箱区协调调度混合整数规划模型。通过三层依次交叉,开发了基于遗传算法的三层启发式算法,上层搜索泊位数据,中间层搜索船舶数据,下层搜索进口箱箱区数据,并进行实例验证。计算结果表明:与传统方法相比,应用离散泊位下泊位-集卡-箱区协调调度混合整数规划模型可以同步确定最优的船舶停靠泊位、进口箱堆放箱区、集卡行驶路径,集卡行驶总距离缩短11.42%,码头装卸作业系统效率明显提高。可见,提出的模型有效。
In view of the random distribution of berths to the loading and unloading system of berths and their influence on the route selection and tank area selection, this paper analyzes the different loading and unloading characteristics of the deck box and the inner box. Taking the docked berths of ships and the piling boxes of import boxes as the decision variables, the objective function of the distance traveled by the set-cards is taken as the objective function, and a mixed integer programming model of coordinated scheduling of berths-set cards-boxes under discrete berths is constructed. Through the three-layer cross-over, a three-layer heuristic algorithm based on genetic algorithm was developed. The upper berth search data, the middle layer search ship data, the lower search import box data, and the case validation. The results show that compared with the traditional method, the application of the mixed integer programming model of berth-set-box coordination dispatching under discrete berths can simultaneously determine the optimal ship parking berths, the entrance box stacking box area, the set-card traveling path, The total driving distance is shortened by 11.42%, and the efficiency of the loading and unloading operation system of the pier is obviously improved. Visible, the proposed model is valid.
