目的:建立小窃衣全草的形态与显微鉴别方法。方法:采用形态鉴别、显微鉴别的研究方法。结果:小窃衣叶表皮有大量表面布满疣状样单细胞非腺毛;气孔类型多为为直轴式,叶鞘的表皮细胞上有淡黄色油滴,叶柄及茎每个维管束相对的表面处都有厚角组织,在茎和叶柄中油管分布规则。茎横切面中有大小不等的外韧型维管束21个排列成类环状,每个维管束对应的中轴鞘部位有加厚的纤维束;根维管束为辐射型;导管类型为螺纹导管。结论:该研究可为小窃衣的鉴别、质量标准的制订以及进一步开发利用提供参考。
Objective: To establish the shape and microscopic identification method of the whole grass. Methods: Using morphological identification, microscopic identification of research methods. Results: There were a large number of verrucous mononuclear non-glandular trichomes on the surface of small throated leaves. Most of stomatal types were straight-axis ones. There were yellowish-yellow droplets on epidermal cells of leaf sheaths. Thick surface at the organization, in the stem and petiole in the distribution rules. Stem transverse cross-section of the size of the outer tough-type vascular bundle 21 arranged in a ring-like, each vascular bundle corresponding to the central shaft sheath thickened fiber bundle; root vascular bundle for the radiation type; catheter type thread catheter. Conclusion: This study can provide reference for the identification of small steal clothing, the establishment of quality standards and further development and utilization.
