基本范畴与方法,是一个学科形成与完善的标志。2004年至2014年,中国宪法学者围绕这两大主题展开了持续十年的自觉积累,以持续十届的“中国宪法学基本范畴与方法学术研讨会”平台呈现出来。通过对十届会议的与会学术材料进行计量统计与实证分析,可以获得十年宪法学发展的缩影:在这里,我们收获了围绕文本的规范共识和中国意识、比较宪法学的丰富视野、中国宪法学的实践性品格、青蓝相接的学术共同体。与此同时,迫切需要我们提升的空间有:中国宪法学范畴的体系化、宪法解释学的有效开放性、宪法学实践性的全面化与实效化、各届会议之间有待持续聚焦与传承积累,于此也可管窥中国宪法学今后相关的发展方向。
