我国政府和日本国政府于1988年8月27日在北京签订了《中华人民共和国和日本国关于鼓励和相互保护投资协定》(以下简称《中日投资协定》)。从80年代初开始,我国政府为完善保护外国资本的国际法律制度,和瑞典、德国、挪威、澳大利亚等近20个国家签订双边投资协定。中日两国一衣带水,具有邻近的地理条件。历史上,中国和日本一直保持着贸易往来。自1979年我国实行改革开放以来,两国间的贸易和投资迅速增长,日本在华投资遍及我国20多个省、直辖市,投资总额仅次于香港,是向我国输出资本的主要国家。我国目前虽无大量资金到日本进行投资,但我企业走向海外势在
On August 27, 1988, the Chinese government and the Japanese government signed the “People’s Republic of China and Japan Agreement on Encouraging and Mutual Protection of Investments” (hereinafter referred to as the “Sino-Japanese Investment Agreement”). Since the early 1980s, the Chinese government has signed bilateral investment agreements with nearly 20 countries including Sweden, Germany, Norway, and Australia to improve the international legal system for protecting foreign capital. China and Japan have a strip of water and they have close geographical conditions. Historically, China and Japan have maintained trade relations. Since the implementation of reform and opening up in 1979, China’s trade and investment between the two countries have grown rapidly. Japan’s investment in China has spread to more than 20 provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government in China. The total investment is second only to Hong Kong and is the main country that exports capital to China. Although China does not have a large amount of funds to invest in Japan at present, my company is going overseas.
