目的:分析磁性附着体在口腔修复中的临床应用。方法:将2014年4~12月份来该院就诊的口腔治疗患者60人作为研究对象,对这些患者进行磁性附着体的口腔修复治疗,分析比较患者治疗前、治疗中和治疗之后牙齿的灵活性,咀嚼食物的能力和与牙龈之间的契合程度,同时观察患者的不良反应。结果:采用磁性附着体修复口腔治疗时和治疗后的牙齿的灵活性,咀嚼能力及与牙龈的契合度都优于治疗之前,且P<0.05。治疗时与治疗后牙齿的灵活性和咀嚼能力等没有明显差异。60个患者中有不良反应的只有5人。结论:磁性附着体在口腔修复中疗效较好,使牙齿灵活性咀嚼能力和与牙龈的契合度均较好,副作用不明显,以上优点促进口腔修复,临床效果好,值得应用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical application of magnetic attachment in oral repair. METHODS: Sixty oral patients from April 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Oral prosthesis of magnetic attachments was treated in these patients. The dental flexibility of patients before, during and after treatment was analyzed and compared , The ability to chew food and the degree of fit between the gums, while observing the patient’s adverse reactions. Results: The flexibility, the ability of chewing and the fit with the gums of dental restoration and treatment were better than those before treatment with magnetic attachment, and P <0.05. There was no significant difference in the flexibility and chewing ability between the treated and untreated teeth. There were only 5 adverse reactions in 60 patients. Conclusion: The magnetic attachments have good curative effect in oral repair, which makes the flexibility of teeth chewing ability and gingival fit well, and the side effects are not obvious. The above advantages promote oral repair, and the clinical effect is good, which is worthy of application.
