学习革命是我国“后新课改”时代的本质属性与根本要求,具有深刻的国际背景与坚实的现实基础,既是对国际教育改革运动的积极回应,更是基于我国国情的基础教育改革的战略选择,是以打造学校学习共同体为核心的深刻的“精准转型”。我国“后新课改”时代的学习革命,以“做学习的主人”为根本目的,以教育的多样化、教学的个性化、学习的自主化为基本内容,本质上是一场全民参与的素质教育文化培育自觉行动,这就需要实现学习目标、学习内容、学习方式的根本性变革,更需要打造农业化教育生态环境,从而铸就我国“后新课改”时代的基础教育学校新常态与新景观。
