建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中醚菌酯和己唑醇含量的方法。采用250mm×4.60mm(i.d.)phenomenex Gemini C18柱分离,以甲醇∶水(75∶25,V/V)为流动相,在220nm紫外检测波长下,经保留时间定性确证,峰面积外标法进行定量分析。结果表明,醚菌酯和己唑醇的线性相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9996;变异系数分别为0.32%、0.39%;平均回收率分别为99.15%、100.28%。
A method was established for the determination of ketorolac and hexaconazole in the mixture under the same chromatographic conditions. The separation was performed on a 250 mm × 4.60 mm (id) phenomenex Gemini C18 column using methanol: water (75:25, V / V) as mobile phase at 220 nm UV detection wavelength. Quantitative analysis. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of kresoxim-methyl and hexaconazole were 0.9998 and 0.9996, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.32% and 0.39%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.15% and 100.28% respectively.
