“千军易得,一将难求”,在产品、技术、渠道等竞争因素趋于同质化的情况下,人才成为企业之间差异化竞争的焦点。因此,加强对核心人才的管理,提高核心人才的忠诚度,如何留住核心员工,成为企业人力资源管理的重要职能,本文针对引起核心员工流失的主要原因包括企业没有为核心人才提供足够的个人发展空间、缺乏有效激励机制及企业文化缺少凝聚力三方面,并据此为企业防止核心员工的流失提出自己的建议。
