EPC管理模式因其系统性、协同性与高效性在长输管道建设中逐渐兴起,其中施工承包商作为项目完成的最直接单元,其组织界面管理是否清晰有效是影响项目成败的关键,而关于EPC模式下界面管理的国内外理论及实践研究多集中于宏观或业主、总承包商层面,鲜有从施工承包商的视角进行剖析研究。本文从施工承包商角色出发,分别采用层次分析法、模糊评价法,科学系统构建组织界面管理模型、评价方法,并切实消除其组织界面管理中的障碍,有效提升管理有效性。
EPC management mode is gradually emerging in the construction of long distance pipeline due to its systematicness, synergy and high efficiency. The construction contractor, as the most direct unit completed by the project, is the key to the success or failure of the project management. The research on the theory and practice of interface management under the EPC mode is mostly focused on the macro level or on the level of the owner and the general contractor. Few researches have been made from the perspective of the construction contractor. Based on the role of construction contractor, this paper adopts AHP, fuzzy evaluation method and scientific system to construct the organizational interface management model and evaluation method, and effectively eliminate the obstacles in the organizational interface management, so as to effectively improve the management effectiveness.
