为了了解二点委夜蛾中与杀虫剂靶标和代谢抗性相关的基因信息及在不同发育阶段表达变化,以二点委夜蛾不同发育阶段转录组测序结果为依据,通过筛选和蛋白质注释分析,分别获得与细胞色素P450、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶、NADH脱氢酶、羧酸酯酶、烟碱型乙酰胆碱、超氧化物歧化酶、Na+通道、过氧化氢酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶相关的基因序列184、39、29、21、19、9、8、7、5个。其中,表达量发生变化的基因多在幼虫中上调表达,上调表达基因共88个。注释结果显示,上述上调基因编码氨基酸序列与棉贪夜蛾、棉铃虫、家蚕蛾和甘蓝夜蛾等鳞翅目昆虫的相关序列匹配度较高。
