本文试图在企业管理相关理论的基础上,通过对企业文化案例的分析,为企业文化的建设提出实施方案,为企业创造良好的文化氛围,使企业走向现化文化管理的模式,实现企业“上下同欲、同心同德”。本文首先对企业文化相关理论及观点做了简要的文献回顾和评述,接下来通过对国内外著名企业的企业文化案例分析,结合不同企业的实际情况,从企业价值观建立、人性化管理、激励机制管理、情感管理、团队管理等几个方向,对企业文化的建设提出具体的实施方法,使企业文化建设具体化及系统化。然后对企业文化的发展方向作了探讨,最后得出了有关的基本结论和相关的启示。
