在生物学教学中,为克服随意性和育目性,调动学生学习的积极性,培养学生的能力,大面积地提高教学质量,我于1991~1993年进行了目标教学的试验研究,获得了理想的教学效果,现总结如下。 一、用比较法进行目标教学 每年学期开始,选择高二年级两个学习成绩基本相同的班,一个为实验班,另一个为对照班,进行目标放学对比试验。 二、检查目标教学效果的依据 1.地区统考成绩。 2.章(节)达标评价及课堂提问。 三、目标教学在课堂教学中的实施 目标教学在课堂教学中实施的基本程序为:学前诊断补偿→引入新课、适时展示教学目标→扣标指导自学→精讲释疑达标→扣标练习→测评反馈矫正→系统归纳总结、深入目标。此外进行单元(或阶段)达标评价。这种课堂教学结构,教学目标明确具体,教师为“达标”而教,学生为“达标”而学,着力点集中,能充分调动学生学习的积极性,主动获取新知识,同时培养了学生自学的能力。
