以均聚聚丙烯(PP)S800为基料,选用5种成核剂为增刚剂制备高刚PP,考察了增刚剂种类及含量对高刚PP性能的影响,并对高刚PP专用树脂制备工艺进行了优化。结果表明,以美利肯公司成核剂HPN-68L为增刚剂制得的高刚PP性能最佳,当其加入量为8×10-4时,材料弯曲强度为43.8MPa,弯曲模量为1853MPa,冲击强度为25.2J/m2,同时,材料结晶度提高了6.2个百分点,初始结晶温度升高约20℃。正交分析表明,增刚PP最佳制备工艺条件为转速60r/min,温度230℃,加料量5r/min。
Using homopolymer polypropylene (PP) S800 as the base material, five kinds of nucleating agents were selected as the stiffening agent to prepare high-rigidity PP. The effects of the type and content of the stiffening agent on the properties of high-rigidity PP were investigated. Resin preparation process is optimized. The results showed that the high-strength PP with the Melting agent nucleating agent HPN-68L as the stiffening agent had the best performance. When the addition amount was 8 × 10-4, the flexural strength of the material was 43.8MPa. The flexural modulus 1853MPa, impact strength of 25.2J / m2, at the same time, the material crystallinity increased by 6.2 percentage points, the initial crystallization temperature increased by about 20 ℃. Orthogonal analysis shows that the optimum preparation conditions of PPG are as follows: speed 60r / min, temperature 230 ℃, feeding amount 5r / min.
