林业的基础性任务就是森林资源调查,其也是了解森林资源消长变化,掌握资源现状的主要措施。新中国成立以来,国内的森林资源调查给祖国林业事业与经济建设的发展做出了杰出贡献。21世纪以来,国内的林业发展上升到了一个新的高度,森林资源调查也迎来了全新的挑战与机遇。要想进一步为林业改革发展提供服务,就要进一步拓展森林资源调查任务的创新调查策略,发展思路等,完善森林资源的动态监测,实时了解森林资源的变化动态与正确信息,提供给林业科学决策与经营管理更好的服务。
