近年来,零件强度计算的统计方法在机械设计中得到越来越广泛的应用。与此同时,一个相应的问题就摆在设计人员面前:如何用统计方法进行零件刚度的分析?如何对零件进行刚度的可靠性预测与设计?本文在现有的常规刚度计算方法基础上对零件受载后的挠曲线进行统计分析,并由此导出刚度可靠性的概念及刚度可靠性设计的实用方法。虽然本文仅研究挠度问题,但从中引出的概念及所用的方法亦完全适用于解决转角等其他变形问题。
