跨文化教育、训练和研究学会(英文缩写为SIFTAR)是一个非赢利性的国际职业联合会,其目的在于支持从事国际的跨文化活动的全体人员。跨文化教育、训练和研究学会是个进行跨文化交流和思考的场所。它的成员虽是一些或属于某国家、某个国际部门,或属于某私立的或大学部门的机构和个人,但他们的活动都与跨文化交流有关。SIFTAR结构的新颖性,使它成了为逐步解决文化间的争端而进行交流和反思的特殊场所。
The Intercultural Education, Training and Research Society (SIFTAR) is a not-for-profit international professional federation whose mission is to support all individuals engaged in international cross-cultural activities. Intercultural Education, Training and Research Society is a place for cross-cultural exchange and reflection. Although its members are or belong to a country, an international department, or belong to a private or university departments and individuals, but their activities are related to cross-cultural exchanges. The novelty of the SIFTAR structure has made it a special place for exchange and reflection for the gradual resolution of inter-cultural disputes.
