根据中央和省对科技体制改革的总体部署,结合我省十年规划和“八五”计划的总体要求,今后我省科技体制改革的总体目标是:最大限度地解放和发展科技第一生产力,建立和完善与社会主义市场经济相适应的,符合科学技术发展规律的,科技同经济有机结合、相互促进的新体制;按照三个层次的纵深部署,调整科技工作方位,组织科技力量进入市场,促进社会主义市场经济的发展,推进“科技兴豫”战略的实施,为我省经济跃上新的台阶做出贡献。
