众所周知,小学班主任不仅是儿童知识的开启者、孩子智力的教育者、孩子心灵的陶冶者,还是学校、家庭教育力量的协助者,那么在教课程改革环境下,我们作为一线小学教师,必须要全面贯彻国家教育方针中提出的所有教育目标原则、认真执行教学工作计划。促使推进小学素质教育过程中起到关键作用,对此,如何更好的成为孩子健康成长的引路人、做一名合格的小学班主任就是我们目前首要研究的课题。下面本文结合自身多年的工作经验谈谈几点看法,仅供参考。
