这几年来,在有关主管部门的重视和倡导下,上海市在推广应用一位微电脑方面取得了一些进展。本刊从84年第5期起陆续报道了上海柴油机厂、上钢一厂、上海液压件三厂等应用一位微电脑实现机械自动控制的成功经验,并与《电世界》杂志在上海联合举办了几期一位微电脑辅导学习班。但总的来说,目前上海市,乃至全国许多省市,在推广应用一位微电脑方面,不论是广度还是深度,都很不令人满意。原因很多,但我们认为最主要的还是认识上的问题。不少人对一位微电脑的性能、特点不甚了解,不知道它在工业控制上具有无可比拟的优越性,而是盲目地把它看作是不值一提的小玩意儿。有些技术人员积极学习应用一位微电脑,但遇到困难 (一项新技术在推广应用中遇到困难是难免的)得不到支持,甚至还遭到冷讽热嘲。有些单位不问是否实用和效果如何,花大量资金购进各式种样的进口微机,结果多半大材小用,甚至成了装饰品;尽管一位微电脑在工业实时控制上很经济实用,能十分有效地促进工业自动化,他们却不肯在这方面稍花一些精力与资金。与此同时,在江苏省常州市有关领导和常州市机电研究所锲而不舍的努力下,一位微电脑在常州地区迅速获得推广应用,成绩斐然。本刊闻讯欣喜之余,决定把常州市的经验推荐给读者,希望对目前在推广应用一位微电脑上仍排徊不前的地区和单位有所帮助。

Some technicians actively learn to use a microcomputer, but encounter difficulties (a new technology is difficult to avoid in the promotion and application is difficult to avoid) can not be supported, and even met with irony. Some units do not ask whether they are practical and effective, and spend a lot of money to purchase all kinds of imported microcomputers. As a result, most of them are oversized and even used as decorations; although a microcomputer is very economical and practical in industrial real-time control, it can be very effective. To promote industrial automation, they are not willing to spend some energy and money in this area. At the same time, with the efforts of the relevant leaders of Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province and the Changzhou Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Research, a microcomputer has rapidly gained popularity in the Changzhou area and achieved remarkable success. In response to this news, we decided to recommend the experience of Changzhou to readers, hoping to help those regions and organizations that are still lagging behind in the promotion and application of a microcomputer.
