前言为提高农业产业化规模化程度,增强专业合作社的带动力,更好地实现助农增收的目标,中华全国供销合作总社(以下简称总社)决定“十一五”期间在全系统实施“千社千品”富民工程,即:每年选择1000个规范的专业合作社,根据产业优势和地域特点,塑造1000个特色农产品品牌;5年时间,扶持5000家专业合作社,塑造5000个特色农产品品牌。每个专业合作社平均带动社员1000户以上,帮助每户社员年实现收入2500元以上;5年时间,通过此项工程直接带动500万户农民,帮助农民实现收入375亿元以上。从去年开始,各地供销合作社积极行动,迅速推进,引导专业合作社以品牌化建设树立形象,开拓市场,带动农民增收致富,取得了初步成果。据总社合作指导部介绍,截至3月底,全国30个省(区、市)供销合作社已推选1069家专业合作社作为首批进行品牌化、产业化经营的单位,共发展入社农户99.7万户,平均每个专业合作社拥有组织成员935户,是全国平均数的6倍(根据农业部统计,全国15万个专业合作经济组织共有2360多万农户,平均每个专业合作经济组织成员约为157户),平均带动农户2768户,年帮助社员实现销售收入146亿元,专业合作社自身实现利润7.3亿元。参与“千社千品富农工程”的诸多专业合作社,其创业历程、发展经验可谓各有千秋,值得借鉴。从本期开始,我们将陆续对这些专业合作社进行展示,并将跟踪报道“千社千品富农工程”的最新进展情况。

In five years, 5 million farmers are directly driven through this project to help farmers achieve a revenue of 37.5 billion yuan or more. Starting from last year, the supply and marketing cooperatives across the country took active actions and pushed forward rapidly to guide the professional cooperatives to establish an image with brand building, open up the market, boost peasants’ income growth and achieved initial success. As of the end of March, the supply and marketing cooperatives of 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in the country have elected 1069 specialized cooperatives as the first units to carry out brand management and industrialization, and a total of 997,000 farmers Each household has an average of 935 members per professional cooperative, which is six times the national average (according to statistics from the Ministry of Agriculture, there are more than 23.6 million rural households in 150,000 professional and cooperative economic organizations in the country, and on average, each professional and cooperative economic organization has a membership of about 157 households), with an average of 2,768 farmers. The annual sales income of the members helped them to reach 14.6 billion yuan and the profits of professional cooperatives reached 730 million yuan. Many professional cooperatives participating in the “Thousands of Thousands of Thousands of Products for Rich Peasants Project”, its entrepreneurial history, development experience can be described as having its strengths and weaknesses, it is worth learning.
