废弃混凝土试块具有统一的尺寸、形状与颜色,且干净易于收集,可作为一种新型的砖石材料利用起来,从而缓解自然资源短缺与建筑垃圾排放及带来的环境污染等问题。通过试验表明:废弃混凝土试块仍然具有较高的强度,其抗压强度可达到原试块抗压强度的80%以上,抗拉强度也可达到原试块抗拉强度的80%左右,且通过线性拟合得到了7d、28d龄期废弃混凝土试块剩余强度与原强度之间的相关方程,可以对废弃混凝土试块的抗压与抗拉强度进行准确的预测。并结合废弃混凝土试块的特点,对其用途进行了描述,提出了详细的利用对策。
Abandoned concrete test blocks have uniform size, shape and color, are clean and easy to collect, and can be used as a new type of masonry material to ease the problems of natural resource shortage and construction waste discharge and environmental pollution. The test shows that the concrete blocks still have higher strength, the compressive strength can reach more than 80% of the compressive strength of the original specimen, and the tensile strength can reach about 80% of the tensile strength of the original specimen The correlation equations between the residual strength and the original strength of the abandoned concrete specimens for 7d and 28d are obtained by linear fitting, which can accurately predict the compressive strength and tensile strength of the abandoned concrete specimens. Combined with the characteristics of abandoned concrete test blocks, the use of it is described, and detailed utilization measures are put forward.
