目的 观察胃癌环氧合酶-2和血管内皮生长因子的表达及相互关系。方法 应用免疫组化法检测胃癌组织COX-2和VEGF的表达状况。结果 32例胃癌中发现COX-2表达阳性22例(68.7%),其中伴淋巴结转移者COX-2表达阳性率80.9%(17/21),高于不伴淋巴结转移者的45.4%(5/11)(P<0.05)。而不同胃癌分期与组织类型之间COX-2表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。32例胃癌中VEGF表达阳性20例(62.5%),其中COX-2阳性胃癌VEGF表达阳性率77.3%(17/22),而COX-2阴性胃癌VEGF阳性率30%(3/10),两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 胃癌组织存在COX-2过度表达,且与VEGF表达相关。
Objective To observe the expression and correlation of cyclooxygenase-2 and vascular endothelial growth factor in gastric cancer. Methods The expression of COX-2 and VEGF in gastric cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression of COX-2 in 32 cases of gastric carcinoma was found in 22 cases (68.7%). The positive expression rate of COX-2 in lymph node metastasis was 80.9% (17/21), which was higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis (45.4% 11) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of COX-2 between different gastric cancer staging and histological types (P> 0.05). In 32 cases of gastric carcinoma, VEGF expression was positive in 20 cases (62.5%). The positive expression rate of VEGF in COX-2 positive gastric carcinoma was 77.3% (17/22), while the positive rate of VEGF in COX-2 negative gastric carcinoma was 30% (3/10) Group was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusions COX-2 overexpression exists in gastric cancer and is correlated with VEGF expression.
