经济全球化、文化多元化、信息多元化的世界发展格局对高职院校的德育工作提出了更新、更高、更全面的要求。但目前我国高职院校德育工作还存在着德育重视不足、德育内容陈旧、德育方法简单等诸多问题,面对新的形势,高职院校应更新德育观念以坚持德育教育的人文性,调适德育内容以突出德育教育的针对性,改革德育方法来突出德育教育的有效性,力求推动高职院校的德育工作和实现德育目标。本文从创新和强化德育内容以及德育方法这两个方面提出了创新高职院校德育工作的措施。
The global development pattern of economic globalization, cultural diversification and information diversity has put forward newer, higher and more comprehensive requirements on the moral education in higher vocational colleges. However, at present, there are still many problems in the moral education in higher vocational colleges in our country, such as inadequate moral education, obsolete moral education, simple methods of moral education and so on. Facing the new situation, higher vocational colleges should update their moral education so as to uphold the humanity of moral education, The content of moral education emphasizes the pertinence of moral education and reforms the method of moral education to highlight the validity of moral education and strive to promote the moral education in higher vocational colleges and realize the goal of moral education. This article puts forward measures to innovate the moral education in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of innovating and strengthening the content of moral education and methods of moral education.
