目的:探讨去甲肾上腺素(NA)、乙酰胆碱(Ach)及生长抑素(SS)含量对大鼠心率的影响。方法:用6-OH-DA(50mg/kg)经尾静脉注射,作心电图,然后用生化测定方法观察大鼠心房后壁NA、SS含量及AchE活性的变化。结果:实验组大鼠心房后壁NA含量明显降低,SS含量及AchE活性明显升高。进一步数理统计结果显示,心率与NA、SS含量及AchE活性均密切相关,且SS含量与AchE活性的相关性极强。结论:①SS是心内神经结构中重要的调节肽,其与Ach对心率的影响是同功的。②心脏的交感神经和迷走神经存在相互抑制作用,且在正常情况下,交感神经的支配占优势。
Objective: To investigate the effects of norepinephrine (NA), acetylcholine (Ach) and somatostatin (SS) on heart rate in rats. Methods: The tail vein of 6-OH-DA (50mg / kg) was injected into the tail vein for electrocardiogram. The changes of NA, SS content and AchE activity in atrial posterior wall of rats were observed by biochemical method. Results: The contents of NA in the posterior atrial wall of rats in the experimental group were significantly decreased, while the content of SS and the activity of AchE in the experimental group were significantly increased. Further mathematical statistics showed that heart rate was closely related to NA, SS content and AchE activity, and the correlation between SS content and AchE activity was extremely strong. Conclusion: SS is an important regulatory peptide in the structure of cardiac nerves, and its effect on heart rate is in line with Ach. ② sympathetic heart and vagus nerve mutual inhibition, and under normal circumstances, dominate the dominant sympathetic.
