抽取农村非留守儿童49人和留守儿童53人,同时把留守儿童分成对照组和体育锻炼干预组,对留守儿童干预组进行2个月的体育锻炼进行干预,干预前后使用SCL-90量表对9种反映心理健康水平的因子进行测量与评定,找出留守儿童与非留守儿童、留守儿童对照组与体育锻炼干预组之间心理健康水平的差异,进而找出体育锻炼对留守儿童(男童和女童)在心理健康方面所起的效能。
49 non-left-behind children and 53 left-behind children were enrolled in the study. Left-behind children were divided into control group and physical exercise intervention group. Intervention was performed on left-behind children group for 2 months. Before and after intervention, SCL- 9 kinds of factors that reflect mental health were measured and evaluated to find out the difference of mental health between left-behind children and non-left-behind children, left-behind children’s control group and physical exercise intervention group, and then to find out the differences of mental health of left-behind children And girls) in terms of mental health.
