近年来,我国反腐败力度虽不断加大,但腐败现象大量存在却是不争的事实。产生这些腐败现象的原因很多,其中一个深层次的原因就是反腐倡廉的文化资源相对短缺和“庸俗文化”给人们的思想观念带来的侵蚀和冲击。“庸俗文化”使人们的世界观、人生观、价值观发生了扭曲和变异,并且日益渗透到人们的行为模式中,进而又催生腐败现象。如果任其发展下去,势必形成恶性循环,给社会造成消极影响。
In recent years, although the intensity of anti-corruption in our country has been constantly increasing, the existence of a large number of corrupt phenomena is an indisputable fact. There are many reasons for these corruptions. One of the deeper causes is the relative shortage of cultural resources for fighting corruption and building a clean government and the erosion and impact on people’s ideology. “Vulgar culture ” makes people’s world outlook, outlook on life, values distorted and variation, and increasingly penetration of people’s behavior patterns, which in turn led to the phenomenon of corruption. If left unchecked, it will inevitably form a vicious cycle that will have a negative impact on the community.
