目的:通过分析我国卫生应急人员培训效果评估现状,发现卫生应急人员培训效果评估工作中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策和建议。方法:采用文献复习法对国内外涉及卫生应急人员培训效果评估的文献进行分析研究。结果:为提高应对突发公共卫生事件的能力,全国各地开展了形式多样的卫生应急培训班,虽然取得了一定的成绩,但大多数卫生应急培训班都只关注培训过程,对培训效果不太重视,很少开展卫生应急培训效果的评估工作。结论:我国的卫生应急人员培训效果评估工作还处于起步阶段,应采取包括充分认识培训效果评估工作的重要性、运用多种评估方法、全面评估培训效果以及建立完善的培训信息系统等措施来进一步完善。
OBJECTIVE: To find out the problems existing in the assessment of training effect of health emergency personnel by analyzing the current situation of training effect assessment of health emergency personnel in our country, and to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Methods: Literature review method was used to analyze the literatures about the training effect evaluation of health emergency personnel at home and abroad. Results: In order to improve the ability to deal with public health emergencies, a variety of health emergency training courses have been carried out across the country. Although some achievements have been made, most health emergency training courses only focus on the training process, Emphasize and rarely carry out the assessment of the effectiveness of health emergency training. Conclusion: The assessment of training effectiveness of health emergency personnel in our country is still in its infancy. Measures such as the importance of fully assessing the effectiveness of training, the application of various assessment methods, the overall evaluation of training effects and the establishment of a sound training information system should be taken perfect.
