December 27, 2016 According to the British Guardian, Portugal has made a landmark achievement in the field of renewable energy power generation. In four and a half days, the entire country’s electricity supply is supplied by wind, hydro and solar power. Lighting lasts from 6.45am on Saturday until 5.45pm on Wednesday next week, with 107 hours of electricity being supplied entirely by renewable sources. Relevant persons said that in the economic situation is worrying, Portugal can still properly manage and run renewable energy sources, and firmly believe that renewable energy will replace fossil fuels and become a reliable electricity supply.
