128例男性泌尿系统真菌感染耐药性分析

目的探讨该地区近4年男性泌尿系统感染真菌的耐药性,为临床合理使用抗真菌药物提供依据。方法中段尿真菌培养分离的菌株鉴定,用API AUX20C真菌ID条板或RyidNicroscan真菌ID条板进行鉴定分型,纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。结果128株真菌中,白色念珠菌感染率高,占43.5%,热带念珠菌占32.8%,光滑念珠菌占14.3%,对5-氟胞嘧啶、氟康唑和咪康唑的耐药率很高,分别是20.3%、9.4%和25.0%。结论该地区男性泌尿系统感染真菌分离率高,及时进行真菌的培养和药敏试验,对临床控制感染和合理使用抗真菌药物具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the drug resistance of male urinary tract infection fungi in recent 4 years in this area and provide the evidence for the clinical rational use of antifungal drugs. Methods The strains isolated from urinary fungal culture were identified and identified by API AUX20C fungal ID strip or RyidNicroscan fungal ID strip. The disk diffusion method was used for drug sensitivity test. Results Among the 128 fungi, Candida albicans infection rate was high (43.5%), Candida tropicalis (32.8%) and Candida glabrata (14.3%). The resistance rates to 5-fluorocytosine, fluconazole and miconazole were very high High, respectively 20.3%, 9.4% and 25.0%. Conclusion Male urinary tract infection fungal isolation rate in this area, timely fungal culture and drug susceptibility testing for the clinical control of infection and the rational use of antifungal drugs is of great significance.
