3月11~12日,由上海戏剧学院和中央戏剧学院两院导演系联合主办的“导演教学研讨会”在沪举行。鉴于1987年全国导演教学研讨会以后的十三年来,艺术院校,尤其是导演艺术教学的内外环境、培养目标、生源状况等都发生了很大的变化,两院导演系及时提出了同学科的教学人员会聚一起,共同分析新形势,交流与切磋办学经验的迫切意愿。此次研讨会前,两院导演系作了周详的策划和充分的准备。会上,来自上戏、中戏,以及中国戏曲学院、山东艺术学院、南京艺术学院等七所艺术院校相关学科的50余位代表,紧紧围绕预先拟定的四个专题展开了充分的讨论和交流。与会者不论是年届花甲的老教授、老专家,还是承上启下正在第一线担当主干的中青年教师,乃至刚刚踏上教学岗位的新兵,人人本着一颗赤诚而执著的事业心,畅所欲言,各抒已见。总之,热烈而紧凑的两天研讨会充分体现了它的最高宗旨:交流探讨,推进导演教学;面向新世纪,奋发进取,共同开创艺术教育的新局面。 应该说,此次研讨会无论是具体的研讨成果,还是求实、务实的会风,乃至它的成功策划与运作等等,许多方面都可以给我们提供不少有益的启示,但有一点恐怕是最重要的,那就是,面对机遇和挑战,我们必须不失时机地把提高本学科的教学水平作为头等大事,必须切切实实地把素质教育?
