提出了一种以 ( γ 丁内酯和异丙醇为主要原料 ,经亚硫酰氯氯代开环 ,再经固 /液相转移催化 ( PTC)环合得环丙烷甲酸异丙酯 ( ) ,最后经液 /液 PTC水解、中和制备环丙烷甲酸 ( )的新方法。比较了不同相转移催化剂 ( PTCs)对化合物 水解的催化能力 ,结果表明 PTCs能显著加快化合物 的水解速率。不同的 PTCs的催化能力大小为 BTEAC>BTMAC>CTMAB>TBAB。在最佳反应条件下 ,即化合物 ∶ Na OH[35% ( w) ]=1∶ 2 (摩尔比 ) ,BTEAC1 .5% ( mol) ,回流反应 2 h,化合物 的产率为 83.7% ,总收率为 72 .7%。
A new method was proposed to synthesize isopropyl cyclopropanecarboxylate by cyclization with thionyl chloride through (γ-butyrolactone and isopropanol) as main raw materials, cyclization with solid / liquid phase transfer catalyst (PTC) Finally, a new method was developed for the preparation of cyclopropanecarboxylic acid by liquid / liquid PTC hydrolysis.The catalytic ability of different phase transfer catalysts (PTCs) on the hydrolysis of compounds was compared.The results show that PTCs can significantly accelerate the hydrolysis rate of compounds.Different PTCs Of the catalytic capacity of BTEAC> BTMAC> CTMAB> TBAB under the best reaction conditions, the compound: NaOH [35% (w)] = 1: 2 (molar ratio), BTEAC1.
