上海奉贤金汇港桥主桥为中承式提篮拱桥,主桥拱肋为砼边拱肋与钢箱主拱肋两种形式组成,其中钢-混结合段预埋件需与砼边拱肋一同施工,因此施工时钢结构预埋段的定位直接影响了后续钢拱肋安装的精度。同时为了减少对航道的影响,主桥钢结构均考虑采用两台400T履带吊分别位于河道两岸进行单机吊装,施工前结合现场实际情况对机械行走及吊装部位进行合理布置,通过计算得出最不利工况下吊机所需的最大地基承载力,提前进行地基处理,确保吊机在吊装过程中不发生地基失稳的情况。研究成果可对同类工程提供一定的参考。
