二氢吡啶类钙拮抗剂尼莫地平易透过血脑屏障,选择性地作用于脑血管平滑肌,扩张脑血管,增加脑血流量、用尼莫地平治疗高血压病合并动脉硬化性循环障碍性脑病患者26例(男11例,女15例),平均年龄61岁～64岁。尼莫地平剂量240mg/d(60mg,每6h1次,口服)。口服60mg以后2h,收缩压变化不大,舒张压明显下降(P<0.01)。治疗2周,收缩压和舒张压
