利用电磁感应原理,根据感应线圈产生感应电动势值与索体振动横向位移成正相关的特性,设计了一种基于电磁感应效应的非接触型索力测量传感器。通过室内试验,与加速度传感器的采集数据对比分析,表明该传感器能精确测量拉索的前几阶固有频率。针对桥梁工程中拉索的构造特点,提出对称布置2个传感器以提高测试精度的措施。
Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, a non-contact cable force measuring sensor based on the electromagnetic induction effect was designed according to the positive correlation between the induced electromotive force (EMF) value and the lateral displacement of cable body. Through indoor tests, the comparison with the acceleration sensor data shows that the sensor can accurately measure the first few natural frequencies of the cable. Aiming at the structural characteristics of cables in bridge engineering, the measures to symmetrically arrange two sensors to improve the testing accuracy are proposed.
