The adjustment of economic structure by oil companies is an important measure for enterprises to get rid of production difficulties and strive to improve the overall quality and efficiency of enterprises and enhance their comprehensive strength and market competitiveness. This paper analyzes the reasons for the adjustment of the economic structure of China’s oil enterprises, expounds the connotation and significance of the adjustment of the economic structure, and puts forward the ways and means to adjust the economic structure of the petroleum enterprises.
