本刊讯(通讯员杨春天)10月11—12日,全区劳动人事争议仲裁科(院)长培训班在南宁开班,广西壮族自治区人力资源和社会保障厅副厅长沈德海就如何把握大局,扎实工作,推动广西调解仲裁工作迈上新台阶给学员进行授课。培训班邀请了专家进行劳动人事争议仲裁办案实务授课,还联合本厅其他业务处室,采取集中9个处级干部面对面给学员答疑的“既传道又解惑”的教学方式。会上,表彰了2011年度劳动人事争议调解仲裁论文
