最近,上海市世界经济学会和上海社会科学院世界经济研究所联合召开了1991年世界经济形势展望讨论会。上海30多位从事世界经济的科研、教学和实际工作的专家、学者参加了会议。大家畅所欲言,各抒已见,就1991年以及整个90年代全球经济发展趋势,进行了热烈的讨论。我们选取了部分与会者的发言,予以发表,以供读者参考。
Recently, the World Economic Forum of Shanghai and the Institute of World Economics of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences jointly held a seminar on the world economic situation in 1991. More than 30 Shanghai experts and scholars engaged in the research, teaching and practical work of the world economy attended the conference. Everyone spoke his mind freely and expressed his opinions. He held heated discussions on the global economic development trends in 1991 and throughout the 1990s. We selected some participants ’speeches and made them available for readers’ reference.
