文章通过高压气动潜孔锤跟管钻进工艺在工程中取得的成功,结合理论依据进行了分析与探讨。论证了高压气动潜孔锤跟管钻进技术不仅能有效地解决巨厚层大块径填石层成孔工艺成孔效率低、塌孔、卡钻及垂直度不易控制等问题,而且创造了目前有文献记载的国内高压气动潜孔锤跟管钻进工艺成孔直径与成孔深度的纪录。高压气动潜孔锤跟管钻进工艺成桩具有垂直度高、沉降量小及承载力高等优点。文章介绍了高压气动潜孔锤跟管钻进技术工艺及参数、设备选型,最后与冲击钻成孔工艺进行对比分析了本工艺所具有的优缺点,可供类似工程参考。
The article analyzes and discusses the success of high-pressure pneumatic down-the-hole hammer with pipe drilling technology in the project, combined with theoretical basis.
