将信噪比（ＳＮ）应用于闭环控制系统领域，并根据复合控制系统动态特性的性质，提出了望小动态特性这一新概念，定义了望小动态特性信噪比及其计算公式，进行了复合控制系统动态特性的参数设计，得出了最佳参数水平组合。
The signal to noise ratio (SN) is applied in the field of closed-loop control system. According to the nature of the dynamic characteristics of composite control system, a new concept of small dynamic characteristics is proposed. The signal-to-noise ratio of small dynamic characteristics and its formula are defined. The parameters of the dynamic characteristics of the composite control system design, the best combination of parameters.
