以多晶铁纤维、镍粉和炭黑作为导电填料填充LDPE,制备了一种导电复合材料。分析了多晶铁纤维和镍粉的加入对导电复合材料导电性、屏蔽效能和拉伸强度的影响。结果表明,随着多晶铁纤维和镍粉含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度呈下降趋势,导电性提高,当导电填料的含量达到渗滤阈值20%后,复合材料的表面电阻率从1010Ω降低到10Ω;当炭黑、多晶铁纤维和镍粉的质量分数均为10%时,材料的屏蔽效能在10~30 dB,优于LDPE/炭黑材料。
LDPE was filled with polycrystalline iron fiber, nickel powder and carbon black as conductive filler to prepare a conductive composite material. The effects of polycrystalline iron fiber and nickel powder on the electrical conductivity, shielding effectiveness and tensile strength of conductive composites were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the content of polycrystalline iron fiber and nickel powder, the tensile strength of composite decreases and the conductivity increases. When the content of conductive filler reaches 20% of the percolation threshold, the surface resistivity of composite increases from 1010Ω is reduced to 10Ω. When the mass fraction of carbon black, polycrystalline iron fiber and nickel powder is 10%, the shielding effectiveness of the material is 10 ~ 30 dB, which is better than that of LDPE / carbon black material.
