在起重机起升机构中,钢丝绳卷筒与减速器之间的联接方式是影响起重机使用性能、使用寿命和制造工艺的重要条件之一。如果采用刚性联接,便成为超静定系统,由于加工误差、安装误差或受力变形,会在减速器齿轮轴产生很大的弯矩,严重影响使用寿命。如果改用挠性联轴器联接,就成为静定系统,受力情况大为改善;在载荷相等的情况下,齿轮轴所受的最大弯矩将大大减小。下面就国内外的使用情况作一简单介绍。
