通过肿瘤坏死因子(TNF─α)对培养大鼠睾丸间质细胞睾酮分泌的作用及机理的研究结果表明:TNF─α可抑制培养24h的睾丸间质细胞的睾酮分泌,对培养48h和72h的间质细胞睾酮分泌表现出双相作用,低浓度的TNF─α可刺激睾酮分泌,高浓度的TNF─α抑制睾酮分沁.TNF—α与LH同时处理时,对培养24h的睾丸间质细胞,TNF─α抑制LH刺激的睾酮分泌,对培养48h和72h的睾丸间质的细胞低浓度的THF—α与LH协同促进睾酮分泌,而高浓度的TNF—α则可抑制LH刺激的睾酮分泌。高浓度的TNF─α对睾酮的抑制作用可能是通过抑制由孕酮向睾酮的转化过程实现的。
