本文介绍了由北京吉普汽车有限公司采用虚拟工程手段,独立自主开发“挑战者”新型吉普车的技术特点和实施过程,包括“数字化模型”战略、“虚拟样车”验证、网络应用与同步工程等。着重阐述了基于虚拟技术的全新的CAx方案对“挑战者”进行的整车设计与开发验证。样车在2000年国际汽车展会上获得多个奖项,根据反馈的信息表明:基于虚拟工程技术的新车型开发具有重要的战略意义和明显的技术优势。
This paper introduces the technical characteristics and implementation process of the “Challenger” new jeep independently developed by Beijing Jeep Automotive Co., Ltd. using virtual engineering methods, including “digital model” strategy, “virtual prototype” verification, network applications and synchronization projects. Emphatically elaborated the whole new CAx scheme based on the virtual technology to verify the vehicle design and development of Challenger. The prototype car won several awards at the 2000 International Motor Show. According to the feedback, it shows that the development of new models based on virtual engineering technology has important strategic significance and obvious technical advantages.
