我厂在机修和汽车大修生产中,经常遇到各种不同规格、尺寸和形状各异的管子、法兰、轴销、凸轮拐臂等零部件需要焊接和修补。由于我厂原使用的夹具性能单一,不能满足上述零部件繁多的焊接和修补任务。所以,有些工件在焊接时全靠人工翻动,采取分段焊接或者将焊件架空进行全位置焊接,既费事又麻烦,给生产带来很大不便。不但劳动强度大,工作效率低,而且焊接质量也很难保证。为了解决上述问题,我厂自己设计制作了一台多用
