目的:分析并测定中药山奈挥发油中的主要成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从市售中药山奈中提取出山奈挥发油,经重结晶后,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)、红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振波谱(NMR)等方法进行分析和结构鉴定。结果:质谱中出现m/z=205的准分子离子峰,紫外-可见光谱中波长304nm处有最强吸收峰,证明分子中有大共轭体系,结合核磁共振氢谱、碳谱化学位移、耦合常数和红外光谱振动吸收峰的数据最终确定了山奈挥发油的主成分是反式对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯。结论:用先进的分离、分析手段对中药山奈的挥发油主成分进行结构的测定,方法可靠,数据详尽。
Objective: To analyze and determine the main components of volatile oil from Chinese traditional medicine Channa. Methods: The volatile oil of Kaempferi was extracted from the commercially available Chinese kaempferol by steam distillation. After recrystallization, it was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). ), Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) and other methods for analysis and structure identification. RESULTS: There was an excimer ion peak with m/z=205 in mass spectrometry and the strongest absorption peak at wavelength 304 nm in UV-Vis spectrum. It was proved that there was a large conjugation system in the molecule, combined with NMR, chemical shift of carbon spectrum, The data of the coupling constant and the vibration absorption peak of the infrared spectrum finally confirmed that the main component of the volatile oil of Kaempferi is trans-p-methoxycinnamic acid ethyl ester. Conclusion: Using advanced separation and analysis methods to determine the structure of the main components of volatile oil in Chinese medicine Shanna, the method is reliable and the data are exhaustive.
