将零距拉伸技术和单根纤维拉伸技术应用到藤材研究领域中,初步测试了黄藤材纤维的抗拉强度和弹性模量等力学性能指标。结果表明:通过零距拉伸技术测得的黄藤材纤维的抗拉强度为76.97~200.42 MPa,平均值为157.8 MPa;而通过单根纤维拉伸技术测得的黄藤材纤维的拉伸强度为166.12~880.24 MPa,平均值为540.72 MPa;弹性模量为1.91~11.58 GPa,平均值为4.62 GPa,伸长率为1.22%~17.24%,平均值为8.09%。这两种试验结果产生的差异可能是由于制取的试样不同造成的,但是从微尺度角度来评价藤材的微力学性能是可取的。
The technology of zero-distance stretching and single-fiber stretching were applied to the field of rattan research. The mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elastic modulus of rattan fiber were preliminary tested. The results showed that the tensile strength of the rattan fibers measured by the zero-distance drawing technique was 76.97 ~ 200.42 MPa with an average of 157.8 MPa; while the tensile strength of the rattan fibers measured by the single fiber drawing technique The strength is 166.12 ~ 880.24 MPa, the average is 540.72 MPa, the elastic modulus is 1.91 ~ 11.58 GPa, the average is 4.62 GPa, the elongation is 1.22% ~ 17.24%, the average is 8.09%. The differences between these two test results may be due to the different samples produced, but it is advisable to evaluate the micro-mechanical properties of rattan from a microscopic scale.
