目的:研究分析粉尘作业工人的职业健康体检结果。方法:随机选取2015年6月—2016年12月期间在我院进行职业健康体检的从事粉尘作业的500位工人为研究对象,针对此500名工人的检查结果展开研究分析,以便了解不同年龄和不同工龄的粉尘作业工人的健康情况。结果:本次研究的评判标准遵循我国《尘肺病诊断标准》和《职业健康监护技术规范》,粉尘作业工人的职业健康体检结果显示,有8人疑似患尘肺病,有28人患有职业禁忌证。结论:粉尘作业工人的工龄和年龄越高,其X线胸片异常发生率越高,其中工人工龄达到21年以上且工人年龄达到40岁以上的工人的X线胸片异常发生率明显增高,造成这种现象的原因是此类工人长期同粉尘接触。
Objective: To study and analyze the results of occupational health examination of dust workers. Methods: A total of 500 workers working on dust in occupational health examination in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were randomly selected as research subjects. The research results of the 500 workers were analyzed in order to understand the different ages and Health Status of Dust Operators with Different Length of Service. Results: The evaluation criteria of this study follow the “pneumoconiosis diagnostic criteria” and “occupational health monitoring technical specifications”, occupational health examination results of dust workers, 8 people suspected of pneumoconiosis, 28 people have a job taboo certificate. Conclusion: The higher the seniority and age of dust workers, the higher the incidence of X-ray abnormalities. The abnormal incidence of X-ray of workers with workers over 21 years and workers over 40 years of age was significantly higher, The reason for this phenomenon is that such workers have long been exposed to dust.
